Meet Claire Lee – Authentic Ashtanga Yoga from China

Claire Lee was born and raised in China, where she trained under some of the most respected yoga masters in the country. She brings with her a deep-rooted understanding of Ashtanga Yoga, a physically demanding yet highly rewarding form of Vinyasa-style yoga. Known for its dynamic flow, controlled breathing, and mental focus, Ashtanga builds strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating inner calm.

Claire’s approach is tailored for all levels—from beginners looking to build a strong foundation, to advanced practitioners wanting to deepen their practice.
